Refund Policy

1. Customized Products

All products at BizPrint are customized according to customer requirements. Due to this, refunds are not generally applicable once production has started.

2. Eligible Refund Cases

Refunds may be considered only if:

  • The delivered product is defective due to a production error by BizPrint
  • The final product is significantly different from the approved artwork or specifications

3. Reporting An Issue

  • Issues must be reported within 3 business days of receiving the order
  • Customers must provide clear photos or videos as evidence

4. Resolution Method

Where applicable, BizPrint may:

  • Reprint the order, or
  • Replace the product

5. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be provided for:

  • Errors in customer-approved artwork
  • Minor color or size variations within industry standards
  • Delays caused by third-party couriers or force majeure events
