These Terms & Conditions govern the use of services provided through the BizPrint, which is operated by BRIXONS CREATIVE MEDIA SOLUTIONS - F.Z.E (referred to as "We", "Us", or "Our"). By placing an order or using our services, you agree to the terms outlined below.
1. Services
We provide printing and branding services including Business Stationery, Marketing & Promotional Materials, Packaging, Signage, Corporate Gifts, Apparel, and related products. Services are subject to availability and order confirmation.
2. Orders & Acceptance
- Orders are confirmed only upon our acceptance and payment as required.
- We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.
3. Pricing & Payment
- Pricing is based on specifications confirmed at order placement.
- Full payment is required as per the order confirmation.
- Additional charges may apply for changes, rush orders, or extra services.
4. Artwork Approval
- The customer is responsible for the accuracy of artwork and final proof approval.
- Once artwork is approved, our liability for design errors is limited.
5. Customer Supplied Content & Printing Accuracy
- The customer is responsible for ensuring that all submitted files, artwork, text, spelling, colors, and specifications are correct before approval.
- We are not responsible for errors in files provided or approved by the customer, including spelling mistakes, incorrect dimensions, color variations, or low-resolution images.
- Minor variations in color, material, or finishing may occur due to printing processes and are considered acceptable within industry standards.
- Once production has started, orders cannot be cancelled or modified.
6. Color Mode (RGB & CMYK) Responsibility
- Printing processes operate using the CMYK color model, while many digital designs and platforms such as Canva, PNG, JPG, or screen-based artwork use RGB color mode.
- If artwork is submitted in RGB format, colors may appear different when converted to CMYK for printing.
- We are not responsible for color variations resulting from RGB to CMYK conversion.
- It is the customer's responsibility to provide artwork in print-ready CMYK format unless color conversion services are specifically requested.
- Exact color matching cannot be guaranteed unless Pantone color references are provided.
7. Production & Delivery
- Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.
- We are not responsible for delays caused by third parties or force majeure.
8. Limitation Of Liability
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or products.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
10. Updates To This Policy
We may update these terms periodically. Changes will be posted on this page with the revised date.
